Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Banking, or Business Management.
• Required certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC as applicable.
• Min 2 years of sales experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Promote ASB Financing to new and existing customers.
• Cross-sell personal loans and credit cards to boost product holding per customer.
• Participate in roadshows, corporate marketing visits, and telemarketing to generate leads and close sales.
• Assist customers with forms and income documents.
• Explain features, rates, and repayment terms clearly.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, PDPA, AMLCFT, and Shariah governance.
• Grow Islamic products through relationship management and acquisition of new-to-bank clients.
• Adhere to SOPs and regulatory guidelines; support audits and internal processes.
