Job summary

LC X JE in Malaysia seeks a bakery production operative to prepare, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake a variety of bread and dough products. You will ensure product quality and consistency with standardized recipes and procedures while maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation in line with HACCP/GMP guidelines.

You will monitor ingredient levels, report shortages, and assist with daily production planning and batch scheduling to keep production on track and meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake various types of bread and dough products.
• Follow standardized recipes and production procedures.
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP / GMP if applicable).
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages.
• Assist in daily production planning and batch scheduling.
