Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake a range of bread and dough products.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP / GMP if applicable).
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages.
• Assist in daily production planning and batch scheduling.
