Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced baker to handle bread production and ensure high-quality products at every step in a busy bakery. You will maintain clean kitchen and bakery equipment and support the sales team to ensure smooth store operations.

The role requires 3+ years as a baker, willingness to work weekends, and a strong commitment to hygiene. A hygiene certificate is advantageous and compensation reflects skill level and market norms in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 5-6 days work per week with at least 1 day off per week and 6 days off per month (Public holidays added)
• 8 hours work per day with 1-hour break
• Able to work on weekends
• Hygiene certificate would be an advantage
• Experienced as baker for 3 years or more; salary increment based on skill level

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete process of bread production
• Ensure good quality of product art at every production step
• Ensure kitchen and bakery equipment are clean at all times
• Provide support to Sales staff for smooth store operation
