Responsibilities include mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing, plus monitoring oven temperatures and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery. You will assist with daily production planning and help minimize waste.

• Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality.
• Prepare ingredients, doughs, fillings, creams, and other baking components.
• Handle mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing of products.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are properly baked.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and kitchen area.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
• Check the quality and freshness of baked products.
• Assist with planning daily baking and production requirements.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Maintain and clean baking equipment and tools.
• Support other kitchen duties when required.
