The ideal candidate has a minimum education of SPM, with a Diploma in Culinary as an added advantage. We value attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM.
• Diploma in Culinary will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be able to follow recipes accurately and maintain hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Ingredient Preparation: Measure and prepare ingredients to ensure readiness for baking tasks.
• Baking Process: Monitor oven temperatures, place goods in oven and check for doneness.
• Decorating and Presentation: Decorate cakes, pastries, or other baked products.
• Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
• Stocking and Organization: Organize and stock ingredients and baking supplies in the kitchen.
• Packaging: Package finished baked goods for display or customer orders.
• Maintaining Equipment: Clean and sanitize baking equipment and tools.
• Following Recipes: Adhere to recipes and instructions for consistent quality.
• Health and Safety: Follow all food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Player: Communicate effectively with bakers and kitchen staff.
• Attention to Detail: Follow instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
