Zusammenfassung

Koong Woh Tong Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and maintain hygiene and merchandising across multiple outlets in Malaysia. You will lead and coach outlet teams, enforce policies, and liaise with Head Office.

The role requires willingness to work 6 days a week, travel between outlets, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. A rewarding package includes medical coverage and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
• F&B or chain retail experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays (replacement leave provided).
• Own transport and willing to travel between outlets.
