Job summary

Lee Kum Kee Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Senior FMCG Sales Manager to drive growth in General Trade, Retail and Foodservice across Johor and Melaka. You will develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans, negotiate terms with regional customers, and lead distributor teams to achieve targets.

The role requires strong presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to base in Johor Bahru or Melaka.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC or distributor environment handling MNC principal.
• Experience in General Trade business and distributor management.
• Excellent in presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel out-station and overseas when required.
• Willing to be based in Johor Bahru or Melaka, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Establish monthly target and plan to achieve targets.
• Deploy, lead and manage execution of the annual business plan for total retail channel via distributor branch management.
• Responsible for negotiation of trading terms, A&P spend, maintain sound relationship and conduct business reviews with regional top customers (Local Modern Trade).
• Plan and ensure proper execution of promotion and trade activities.
• Lead, develop and manage distributor team and merchandisers.
• Evaluate results of sales fundamental and sales promotions plan.
• Plan and execute new product launches to ensure timely execution and high standard of display and shelving activation.
