Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Executive for water treatment and process industries. You will own the full sales cycle, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers while collaborating with field engineers and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities include developing proposals, delivering technical quotations, and driving business growth with a focus on equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial or process engineering).
• Basic knowledge of industrial water systems (boilers, cooling towers, closed-loop systems).
• Hands-on ability with basic mechanical/electrical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within territories and target industries.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, visits, quotations, proposals, negotiations, account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Area Sales Executive (Water treatment/Process industry)

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories, customer segments, and target industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer visits, referrals, quotations, proposals, negotiations, account management, and business development.

Take ownership of assigned customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous business growth.

Collaborate closely with field engineers, technical specialists, logistics, and customer service teams

Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to develop appropriate water treatment, chemical, equipment, monitoring, and service solutions.

Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, equipment trials, system start-up, and system optimization.

Monitor service performance, preventive maintenance activities, water analysis results, and equipment conditions to identify potential improvement opportunities.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and business reviews, clearly communicating solution benefits, performance, and customer value.

Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, water and energy efficiency, chemical consumption, safety, and overall operational performance.

Ensure compliance with customer site requirements, work permit procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Basic knowledge of industrial water systems, including boilers, cooling towers, and closed-loop water systems.

Hands-on approach with the ability to perform basic mechanical and electrical equipment-related tasks.
