Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Miri, Sarawak is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive dealer visits, support sales and distribute products while building strong relationships.

You will execute sales strategies, train dealers on products, manage activations, and travel daily to outstation areas to achieve targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Educated to SPM/UEC level or equivalent with passing result.
• Based in Miri, Sarawak with own car and willing to travel daily.
• 1–2 years in outdoor/field sales in FMCG/retail or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily dealer visits to support sales and distribution in assigned area.
• Execute and monitor sales promotions and look for opportunities to expand UM touchpoints.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensure dealers are trained on system activations, product range, selling information.
• Provide on-ground support during trade events and monitor market movement.

Job Summary

To conduct daily visits to dealers stores tosupport Sales & Distributionactivities within assigned areas, with a focus on achieving salestargets and KPIs.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• To conductdaily visit existing dealers stores that sell U Mobile products to provideservice, support and build relationship within the assigned areas.
• To execute,monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek newopportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
• Continuedeepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans andPostpaid).
• Ensuring dealers have proper knowledgeand training on:-
• System :Genuine and accurate activations through control system & systemknowledge.
• Product :Full range of products.
• How toSell : Accurate and correct information given.
• Incentives/ Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty.
• POSM :Latest & up to date POSM.
• To performtrade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimumsales performance.
• Vigilant tomarket movement through market intelligence.

About You

• Education:Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or anything equivalent with a passing result.
• Must bebased in Miri, Sarawak.
• Must haveown car and willing to travel daily to outstation area.
• At least1-2 years of relevant experience in outdoor/field sales intelco/FMCG/retail or any relevant industry.
• Able toaggressively work with dealers to commit sales target given.
• Goodcommunication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able tocope with ad hoc tasks given.
