Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Regional Area Lead (Retail) to oversee sales productivity, frontline capability and operational excellence across an assigned cluster of partner retail outlets for a leading multinational telecommunications brand.

You will coach store staff, guide bundling sales, maintain merchandising standards and help achieve monthly activation targets, while ensuring pricing and SOP adherence across stores in the cluster.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (telco industry is an added advantage).
• Able to communicate fluently and perform sales independently.
• Familiar with the retail environment and customer handling.
• Possesses a basic track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets, promotions and product bundles while monitoring store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and coach staff on sales and customer service.
• Train staff on products, SOPs and systems, including refresher training.
• Ensure stores follow pricing, promotions and SOPs, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete store reports, track training attendance and monitor store performance.
