Adecco Staffing Recruitment in Malaysia seeks a Merchant Area Sales Executive to grow unmanaged merchant partners. You will be the frontline face, visiting merchants, resolving issues, and driving growth with our tools and programs to help partners thrive.

Role demands 3–5 years in sales, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and local market knowledge in Shah Alam or Wangsa Maju. This full‑time on‑site position offers a competitive base plus commission and benefits.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Shah Alam or Wangsa Maju is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Area Manager initiative with direct engagement of unmanaged merchant partners.
• Set visit schedules, define talking points, ensure quality interactions.
• Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product to enhance merchant experience.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and empower partners with tools.
