Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the supervision and management of multiple retail outlets within the Klang Valley. You will monitor outlet performance, sales targets, and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in supervisory or area management.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently within Klang Valley.
• Able to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.
