Job summary

D THREE MOBILE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations across Manjung or Taiping, ensuring high service and sales targets are met.

You will lead a team, monitor merchandising, coordinate staffing, and drive improvements through regular store visits and collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or degree required.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Experience as Retail Supervisor, Store Manager, or Retail Manager preferred.
• Willing to work retail hours.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel for regular store visits.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.

• Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall outlet performance.

• Passionate about the retail industry and willing to work retail hours.
