Job summary

HONOR is seeking Area Managers for Klang Valley to drive regional sales and grow brand presence across all channels. You will develop and execute sales plans, motivate retailers, manage store visits, and oversee visual merchandising to uphold brand standards.

You will recruit, train and manage Brand Ambassadors, coach team members, organize promotions, and provide market feedback to guide business decisions. Multilingual required (Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia).

• Experience in sales management and channel development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure with frequent field visits.

• Working tool: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Outlook) required
• Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, team leadership, and the ability to work under pressure with frequent field visits.
