Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance: meet daily, weekly and monthly targets while managing store costs and profitability.

• Run daily operations: oversee opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, and store compliance.
• Create great customer experiences: ensure friendly, professional service reflecting a premium brand.
• Manage stock and displays: monitor inventory, support stock planning, ensure product presentation.
• Use sales data to drive results: review reports to spot opportunities and act.
• Support promotions: collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and in-store activations.

Are you an experienced Store Manager who loves premium retail, leading people and delivering strong sales results?

Join our growing luxury retail team in Johor Premium Outlets. You will lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team and create an enjoyable, premium experience for every customer.

This is a great opportunity for a retail leader with experience in luxury F&B, fashion, beauty, cosmetics or premium lifestyle brands.

What you'll do

Drive sales performance: Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while managing store costs, budgets and profitability.

Lead and motivate your team: Coach store staff, set clear targets, give regular feedback and build a positive, supportive team culture.

Run daily operations: Oversee opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, visual merchandising and store compliance.

Create great customer experiences: Ensure every customer receives friendly, professional and memorable service that reflects a premium brand.

Manage stock and displays: Monitor inventory, support stock planning and ensure products are well-presented and available.

Use sales data to drive results: Review sales, customer and stock reports to spot opportunities and take action.

Support promotions: Work with Marketing on campaigns, product launches and in-store activities that grow sales.

Improve how things work: Identify practical ways to improve store processes, service and team efficiency.

Collaborate across teams: Partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing and IT on operations, staffing, promotions and store projects

What you'll bring

At least 7 years' retail experience, ideally in luxury F&B, fashion, beauty, cosmetics or premium lifestyle retail.

Experience managing sales targets, store budgets, stock and retail KPIs.

A Degree in Business Studies, Fashion, Finance or a related discipline.

Strong Mandarin and English communication skills, including the ability to support Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Willingness to travel for store visits and business needs.
