Job summary

GT-MAX MOTORS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Area Manager to supervise daily operations across motor branches in Malaysia, ensuring SOP/compliance and driving sales through effective coaching and strategic promotions.

The ideal candidate will lead branch teams, set targets, analyze performance data, and coordinate training to continuously improve service quality and profitability. Travel between branches is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Automotive, or related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to travel regularly between branches.
• Proficient in sales data analysis and operational management.
• Fresh graduations are encourage to apply.

Responsibilities

Job description

Customer Experience & Service Quality

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches.

Implement service standards and follow-up on feedback or complaints.

Inventory & Asset Control

Monitor vehicle stock movement, aging inventory, and stock orders.

Oversee physical asset management and upkeep of branch facilities.

Reporting & Planning

Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.

Forecast sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Automotive, or related field.
