Job summary

Maxis Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to head the Distributor Area Executive team, drive open channel sales targets, and expand the dealer network across the region.

You will develop and execute territory strategies, forecast sales, coach performance, maintain customer relationships, and ensure data accuracy in CRM and company systems while collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience with 2-4 years relevant experience in sales/channel management.
• Sales strategy and execution (Intermediate).
• Team coaching and performance management (Intermediate).
• Dealer/channel relationship building (Experienced).
• CRM and sales pipeline management (Intermediate).
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Intermediate).
• Data entry and reporting (Beginner).
• Market analysis and opportunity spotting (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts

• Accurately enter and manage sales-related data in company systems
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
