Job summary

Menara Maxis in Malaysia seeks a Sales Lead to drive distributor channel performance across a defined territory. You will lead a team of Distributor Area Executives, develop strategies, build dealer relationships, and push revenue growth.

You will deliver presentations, manage sales pipelines, forecast results, and provide administrative support to the sales team while entering data accurately into company systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or related.
• Minimum 5 years working experience with 2-4 years relevant experience in sales/channel management
• Experience in sales strategy and execution
• Team coaching and performance management experience
• Dealer/channel relationship building experience
• CRM and sales pipeline management experience
• MS Office Suite proficiency
• Data entry and reporting skills
• Market analysis and opportunity spotting

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
