Anytime Fitness Mavericks in Klang Valley is seeking an Area Business Manager to oversee multiple gym outlets, lead high-performing teams, and drive business growth. The role focuses on operations, sales strategies, and delivering exceptional member experiences across clubs in the region.

You will manage performance, prepare reports, and uphold brand standards while developing talent and ensuring financial controls are in place.

Responsibilities

• Manage Gym Operations: Oversee daily operations across multiple clubs and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Drive Sales & Growth: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
• Lead & Develop Teams: Train, coach, and motivate club managers and team members to perform at their best.
• Deliver Great Customer Experiences: Ensure our members receive excellent service and enjoy being part of our fitness community.
• Manage Business Performance: Monitor revenue, expenses, financial controls, and overall club performance.
• Plan & Improve: Prepare reports, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all clubs follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
