Job summary

Anytime Fitness Malaysia is seeking a driven Assistant Club General Manager to support overall performance and daily operations of our fitness club in Subang Jaya. This role emphasizes sales leadership, customer engagement, and a hands-on approach to club management.

You will lead the sales team to hit membership targets and KPIs, develop partnerships with local businesses, and work closely with the Fitness Manager and PT team to maximise revenue while maintaining club standards and exceptional

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
Experience in sales, customer service, fitness, retail, hospitality, or club operations.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable with social media platforms, lead management, and sales reporting tools.
Passion for fitness, customer engagement, and team development.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Drive new membership acquisition through prospecting, referrals, promotional campaigns, and effective lead follow-ups.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly membership sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor sales performance, analyse conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve results.
Work closely with the Fitness Manager and Personal Training team to support PT revenue targets.
Develop and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, local businesses, and residential communities.
Identify new business opportunities to generate membership leads and increase club revenue.
Build strong relationships with members through proactive engagement and personalised service.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development of club employees.
Oversee daily club operations to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, equipment functionality, and facility standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on membership sales, revenue, retention, partnerships, and operational performance.
