Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

Lead, mentor, and coach the sales and consultant team to achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans, local club marketing initiatives, and member acquisition campaigns.

Oversee front-of-house customer service operations to ensure exceptional member experiences, high engagement, and strong retention.

Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and conversion rates to optimize club performance.

Manage day-to-day club sales operations, team scheduling, performance appraisals, and administrative oversight.

Foster a high-performance, positive team culture aligned with Peak Fitness’s core values.

What You Bring:

Proven track record in club sales, business development, retail sales management (experience in fitness, hospitality, or service industries is a strong plus).

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities with a knack for motivating others to hit targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for fitness, health, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction.
