Astro Malaysia invites results-driven professionals to join our dynamic sales team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive sales performance, manage key retail partners, and report monthly with strategies aligned to market trends.

This role emphasizes channel growth, relationship building, and delivering measurable business results. You will coordinate with Master Distributor, oversee in-store brand visibility, and lead digital adoption initiatives with partners.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in business or related discipline.
Experience in direct sales operation or end-user selling environment.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Familiar with area of operation and local dialects.
Computer literate and proficient in basic software such as Microsoft Office.
Strong planning, organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to build relationships with local authorities and HTOs.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and business growth with monthly reporting and strategies.
Identify potential business partners.
Collaborate with Master Distributor to achieve business results.
Manage retailer relationships through regular reviews and strategy sharing.
Ensure effective execution of marketing and sales programs to maximize brand visibility in stores.
Supervise Master Distributor activities in selling, distribution and merchandising.
Coordinate with Head Office on distributor sales performance.
Conduct monthly business reviews with regional distributor.
Provide market intelligence on competitive activities and trade conditions.
Drive digital adoption in business partners by promoting new tools and processes.
Ensure process governance in regional retail operations, including campaigns, SOPs, contracts, and compliance.
