Qualifications

• BIM experience with architectural modeling is required.

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools.

Role Description

The Architecture BIM Modeller is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining accurate BIM models for architectural disciplines, ensuring coordination with MEP and structural teams. The Architecture BIM Modeller will prepare detailed construction drawings, assist in design revisions, and support clash detection and model validation activities. Daily tasks include interpreting design and technical specifications, collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve modeling issues, and ensuring models adhere to company and client standards. The role also involves contributing to documentation workflows, maintaining project file organization, and supporting the implementation of BIM best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, with experience in architectural modeling.
• Knowledge of architecture fundamentals and the ability to translate design intent into accurate digital models.
• Experience working with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and integration within BIM models.
• Ability to produce and interpret detailed construction drawings aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and CAD applications.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
