Job summary

DJ Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd (DJEC) in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for Architecture BIM Modeller, a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

You will develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models for architectural disciplines, ensuring coordination with MEP and structural teams. You will prepare construction drawings, assist in design revisions, support clash detection and model validation, and contribute to documentation workflows and project file organization.

Qualifications

• BIM experience with architectural modeling is required.
• Strong understanding of architecture fundamentals and translating design intent into digital models.
• Experience with MEP coordination and BIM integration.
• Ability to produce and interpret detailed construction drawings.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and on-site collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain BIM models for architectural disciplines.
