Job summary

DP Architects Sdn Bhd is seeking a BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator to develop and manage BIM models across architectural, civil, and structural disciplines in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model integrity and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, BIM, Construction or related field.
• Relevant experience in BIM modelling, coordination, or management.
• Proficient in Revit and/or other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for architectural, civil, and structural works.
• Prepare and update BIM models, drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and project teams.
• Perform clash detection and coordination to resolve design issues.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and specifications.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Support BIM implementation, workflows, and standards throughout the project.
• For senior positions, lead BIM coordination, manage BIM deliverables, and guide the BIM team.
• Participate in meetings and provide technical support on BIM-related matters.
• Perform other BIM-related tasks as required by the project.
