Job summary

SINOHYDRO CORPORATION (M) SDN BHD – Kota Kinabalu invites applications for an Architectural Site Supervisor to oversee on-site architectural and interior works and coordinate with main contractor, M&E teams and consultants to resolve design and site challenges.

You will ensure installations comply with approved drawings, track progress against the construction schedule, maintain documentation, and assist during client walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with project management software and related tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily architectural and interior works on site and ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and follow up on rectification works.
• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractor, M&E teams, and consultants to resolve designs and site challenges.
• Track architecture progress against the construction schedule and maintain documentation for drawings, revisions and site instructions.
• Ensure effective utilization of resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Assist during client walkthroughs, consultant inspections and other reviews.
• Perform tasks required by the project manager and supervisor.
