Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Site Supervisor with M&E knowledge to lead architectural and interior design tasks on site. You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and workers, manage materials, manpower and equipment, and ensure timely delivery while upholding safety standards and project specs.

You will inspect works, provide root-cause feedback, prepare site reports, and verify progress for claims. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or other relevant certificates.
• Should have some site experience in architectural and ID works.
• Must have M&E knowledge and experience coordinating M&E works on site.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, subsidiaries, clients and other stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and submit necessary site paperwork is essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and comfortable working under pressure.
• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a commitment to project quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Standing supervision for Architectural & ID works by work area (sector).
• Coordination and delegation of all on-site architectural and interior design work task with subcontractors, subsidiaries, vendors and workers.
• To manage resources including materials, manpower and equipment at site.
• To provide constructive feedback and find out the root cause regarding issues at site.
• To track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Inspecting the works during and upon completion to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• To ensure work complies with safety requirements and airport regulations.
• Preparing and submitting site reports and other relevant documentation.
• To verify subcontractors, subsidiaries, vendors and workers progress on site for their claim purposes.
• Responsibilities may include other duties as assigned.
