About the role

As a Site Supervisor at SINOHYDRO CORPORATION (M) SDN BHD - KOTA KINABALU, you will play a crucial role in supervising on-site workers to ensure work is carried out on time. This position is based on Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

Monitor project progress, schedule, and manpower on-site

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site

Ensure quality control and proper workmanship

Manage site materials, deliveries, and equipment usage

What we're looking for

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in construction or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently

Able to speak Mandarin is preferable
