You will prepare concept designs, coordinate with clients and consultants, develop drawings and 3D renderings, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor construction progress, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; Part I/II/III welcomed.
• Strong academic background with First Class Honours preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an architectural firm; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and related software.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present architectural design concepts and proposals.

Requirements

Part I (Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture), Part II (Master’s Degree in Architecture), and Part III (LAM Registered) are welcome to apply.

Strong academic background (1st Class Honours preferred).

Minimum 2 years experience in an architectural firm is an advantage. However, Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and other related softwares.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Dedicated, discipline, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
