Job summary

Swan & Maclaren (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Architect to assist from concept design to project completion in a dynamic team. You will prepare drawings, documentation and submissions while coordinating with clients, consultants and authorities.

The role requires a Part II qualification (Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture) and at least 4 years of experience in design development through construction, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines

Job description

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant architectural software.

Good knowledge of local authority requirements, building by-laws and construction regulations.
