Responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove or engage with content according to client guidelines using specific tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Stay informed about industry trends and AI moderation developments.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and apply refusals or DISCLAIMERS as defined.
