Job summary

Deutsche Post Malaysia is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounts Receivable professional to ensure accurate processing of bank receipts, payments, and remittances. The role requires handling customer inquiries, allocations, and end-of-month close, with strong emphasis on process integrity and collaboration with intercompany teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Finance/SSC environment, with a proven ability to motivate staff and drive process improvements in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Degree Holder or equivalent by experience.
• More than 5 years' experience in a Finance/SSC environment.
• Good in motivating employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of bank receipts, checks and cash transfers.
• Guarantee effective allocation of payments, credit notes and adjustments to customer invoices.
• Manage and process customer remittances advices and resolve payment queries.
• Investigate and resolve un-allocated/un-applied receipts and contact customers if required.
• Execute direct debit, refund and intercompany batches as required by collection plans.
• Post invoice and bank interfaces to ERP and perform month-end closing activities.
