Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable.
• Computer literate with MS Office and SAP.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in SSC/GBS or centralized finance is preferred.
• Mature, hardworking and deadline-driven.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Follow procedures for processing receipts and perform debtors’ reconciliations.
• Monitor account details for non-payments and irregularities.
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
• Maintain AR customer files and records.
• Report activities according to deadlines.
• Understand and handle letters of credit.
• Participate in routine stock takes when required.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Other tasks as delegated by supervisor.
