Job summary

Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Assistant on a 1-year contract to support the Finance team. The role involves processing customer payments, maintaining AR records, and following up on outstanding balances.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience in AR or Credit Control is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, reconciliation and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and allocate customer payments.
• Generate payment receipts and AR records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and support collection activities.
• Assist with settlement processing and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team.
