Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Credit Control to manage day-to-day AR processes within the Central Services Finance function. You will post invoices, support month-end close, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Master, Treasury, and Tax to resolve AR issues.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in AR or credit control is an advantage. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP is beneficial; a 6-month contract role offers exposure to continuous improvement projects and audit

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years AR/credit control experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards; credit control experience preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) clearing processes and reports.
• Process and post customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments.
• Support month-end closing activities for timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Master, Treasury, and Tax to resolve AR issues.
• Ensure disputes meet SLAs and root causes are addressed to prevent recurrence.
• Apply first-time-right processing to minimize AR rework and errors.
• Respond to stakeholder queries within target timelines.
• Communicate outstanding documents and pending requirements professionally.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and automate AR processes.
• Support Customer Master data maintenance as part of process integration.
• Attend audit queries with accurate, organized documentation.
