Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Credit Control/Account Receivable Executive to manage AnP clearing, aging integrity, and dispute resolution. You will drive end-to-end AR processes, coordinate with BU and Finance, and ensure accurate data and audit trails.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or GCE A-Level in Accounting/Finance and at least 1 year in AR or credit control. Proficiency in Excel and SAP AR is essential; Exceedra experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE A-Level in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 1 year of AR/credit control or related finance operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools; able to work with large data sets and trackers.
• Working knowledge of SAP AR modules; Exceedra experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AnP U-aging monitoring and clearance, including data extraction and analysis.
• Proactively follow up on overdue AnP balances and dispute cases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve incorrect postings and reverse entries with relevant teams.
• Track and manage AR account parking items (e.g. R13) and ensure full clearance.
• Coordinate with BU and Finance on PnL charge proposals for aged items with clear evidence.
• Monitor Exceedra reports and raise tickets with CSSC-Exceedra until root cause resolution.
• Issue Credit Notes for approved AnP invoices and ensure system alignment.
• Maintain AnP trackers, matrices, and control logs with data integrity.
