Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Credit Control Executive/Senior Executive to drive end-to-end A&P clearing, ageing integrity, and dispute resolution within the Central Finance Services team. You will support Singapore operations and collaborate with BU, GL, and BPO teams to ensure accurate data and timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include monitoring aging, managing disputes, issuing credit notes, and maintaining control logs, with emphasis on automation and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with accounting/finance focus.
• 1–3 years in AR, credit control or related finance ops.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end A&P aging monitoring and clearance with data validation and reporting.
• Follow up overdue A&P balances, dispute cases, credits notes and refunds.
• Investigate postings and reverse entries, addressing Exceedra mismatches.
• Coordinate with BU, GL, and BPO to ensure full clearance of AR items.
• Support audits and management reporting with clear A&P positions.
