Job summary

DKSH is seeking a Credit Control Executive/Senior Executive to drive disciplined end-to-end A&P clearing, ageing, and dispute resolution for DKSH Singapore operations. You will lead data extraction, validation, and reporting while coordinating with BU, GL, and BPO teams to ensure accurate audit trails.

The role involves monitoring Exceedra outputs, resolving postings, and improving controls. Strong Excel, SAP AR, and English skills are essential; Mandarin preferred for stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Accounts Receivable and credit control operations.
• Proficient in data analysis, reconciliation, and AP/AR workflow understanding.
• Experience with SAP AR modules and Exceedra is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end A&P U-aging monitoring and clearance with data extraction, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Proactively follow up on overdue A&P balances, disputes, credit notes, and refunds.
• Investigate incorrect postings and reverse entries with BU, GL, and BPO teams.
• Track AR account parking items, validate deductions, and drive full clearance with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BU and Finance on P&L charge proposals for long-aged A&P items.
• Monitor Exceedra reports, raise system tickets, and drive root-cause resolution.
• Issue Credit Notes for approved A&P invoices with BU/customer submissions.
• Maintain A&P trackers, matrices, and logs for data integrity and transparency.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardisation.
• Support audits and management reporting with clear A&P positions.
• (Senior Executive) Guide junior team members in issue analysis and stakeholder communication.
• (Senior Executive) Review outputs and support process reviews and control enhancements.
