Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an Application Support & Maintenance Specialist to deliver functional and technical support for enterprise applications, including IFCA Net, IFCA Mall, and automation tools. The role emphasizes performance monitoring and incident resolution to meet SLAs.

Based in Ara Damansara, Malaysia, the ideal candidate has 2-5 years in IT application support, strong ITSM/JIRA knowledge, and familiarity with CI/CD and ERP/property management systems. This is an onsite contractual role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT application support or enterprise systems support.
• Experience with enterprise applications or property management systems is preferred.
• IFCA ERP / IFCA property management experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as JIRA is preferred.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with RPA / UiPath, Talend, or ABBYY FlexiCapture is a plus.
• ITIL, COBIT, or TOGAF certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on escalations.
• Support system implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
• Assist with automation initiatives, including RPA / UiPath implementations.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and maintain proper documentation.

Application Support & Maintenance

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise applications, including:
• IFCA Net
• IFCA Mall
• RPA / UiPath
• Talend
• ABBYY FlexiCapture
• I-Residential
• CSS System
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Manage application-related escalations and coordinate with relevant technical teams and vendors.

Business Application Support

• Support business applications covering:
• Property Sales
• Finance
• Cash Management
• Property Development
• General Ledger
• Fixed Assets
• Rental Management
• Residential Management
• Assist business users in resolving system-related issues.
• Support process improvements and ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain effective communication with business users and stakeholders.

Projects & System Enhancement

• Support system implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
• Participate in requirements clarification, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Assist with automation initiatives, including RPA / UiPath implementations.
• Ensure systems comply with Group IT standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for system changes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Support audit and compliance activities when required.
• Manage client relationships post-launch and handle escalations from support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT application support or enterprise systems support.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or property management systems is preferred.
• IFCA ERP / IFCA property management system experience is a strong advantage.
