Talenthunt Consultancy is seeking a Senior Application Support professional in Kuala Lumpur to provide application and functional support for ERP, SCM, and related systems. You will troubleshoot issues, support implementations and automation, and develop Power BI dashboards for decision making.

The role requires hands-on ERP/SCM experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Power BI. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues and drive process

Competenze

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Application Support / ERP / SCM support or related environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or SCM systems.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting/dashboard development.
• Experience in SQL, system integration, ETL or Power Automate is an advantage.
• ERP experience in Finance, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Distribution or Supply Chain is welcome.
• Basic programming/Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a Senior Application Support to join our team and support key business applications across the organisation. This role is primarily focused on Application Support, with additional responsibilities in Project Implementation & Automation, followed by Data & Reporting.

RESPONSIBILITY:
