Sunway Healthcare Group seeks an Application Support Analyst to support the Hospital Information System (HIS) and related EMR solutions, ensuring smooth operation across hospitals.

You will collect and map business requirements, prototype configurations, and provide user training, while monitoring and supporting system performance and data interfaces. Fresh graduates with relevant exposure are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in IT, CS, or related field from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year end-user management experience.
• Exposure to requirements gathering, analysis, process engineering, and documentation.
• Knowledge of infrastructure (servers, networking, security, monitoring) is a plus.

Application Support Analyst supports and provides resolutions for the Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and third-party applications integrated with the HIS systems for Sunway Healthcare Group.

Job Description

Collect, analyse, and map business requirements to system functionality; perform system prototyping, including configuration and setup, testing, programming, user training, documentation, and implementation of system solutions.

Establish and analyze business processes and workflows that efficiently support business operations, based on the client’s processes and the industry’s best practices.

May install new software and troubleshoot any problems related to the performance of computer systems.

Expected to provide support 24/7 to users on HIS/EMR system modules, data interfaces, and hospital departments’ workflows across different hospitals within Sunway Healthcare Group.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences, or a relevant qualification from a recognized university.

Fresh graduate, or minimum 1 year of working experience in end-user management, and exposure to business requirements gathering, analysis, process engineering, and documentation.

Knowledge of the infrastructure landscape, including servers, networking, security, and monitoring, if any.

Good verbal and written communication skills, with organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Experience in hospital and clinical systems will be an added advantage.
