Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions seeks a Technical Product Manager to own end-to-end application operations across the full tech stack, ensuring stability, security and lifecycle compliance. You will coordinate across infrastructure, security, vendors and delivery units to execute fixes and releases, while maintaining runbooks and documentation.

The role requires strong incident/change management skills, cross-team collaboration, and hands-on SQL and Linux/Windows expertise to support

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
Experience in end-to-end application operations across full technology stack.
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver full-stack Application Operations across infrastructure, middleware and applications to ensure stability and availability.
Act as Technical Product Manager in operations, ensuring security, compliance and lifecycle currency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to execute fixes, releases, and lifecycle changes.
Prepare and maintain operational runbooks, configuration baselines, and interface descriptions.
