Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions in Malaysia seeks an experienced IT Operations specialist to manage and optimize production servers and infrastructure. You will be responsible for 2nd/3rd line support, incident resolution, and the implementation of changes and releases across global systems.

You will monitor OS and security patches, support cloud environments (Google Cloud and Azure), and participate in server migration projects while ensuring regulatory and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• University-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT operations.
• Experience with complex processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver products, services, and systems.
• Develop and implement digital strategies and ensure core infrastructure.
• Optimize processes and ensure security standards.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level IT support for systems.
• Analyze market trends and inform improvements.
