Job summary

Global GC Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze and optimize glove dipping processes. You will plan equipment layouts, coordinate with partners to install and commission dipping lines, and perform FAT/SAT as well as IQ/OQ/PQ validations.

Job description

This position is responsible for conducting process analysis and troubleshooting manufacturing processes, preparing project plans, and executing equipment and dipping line qualification activities, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and process validation. The role also involves preparing technical reports and conducting technical visits to client factories to support project execution and ensure successful implementation.

Duties:

Collaborating closely with project team to define process requirement for glove dipping designs, encompassing the creation, and planning of equipment layout.

Coordinate with company partners to plan, install, and commission dipping lines.

Ensure effective communication and documentation of all new products, product enhancements, process improvements, as well as product and process changes.

Provide comprehensive support for improvement project by identifying and analyzing customer issues

Conduct thorough process analysis and initiate improvement initiatives based on data driven insights.

Troubleshoot glove dipping line process issues, prepare detailed project plan and reports.

Participating in technical visit to client's factories.

Execute equipment and dipping line qualification activities, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and process validation activities such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

Performing rigorous tests and continuously monitor process performance both internally and at client's factories.

Establishing and enforcing safety procedures for individuals working with hazardous chemicals.

Facilitating the seamless transition of products from Research & Development (R&D) to the online dipping machine.

Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability taking up additional responsibility directed by superior.

Shall assume additional responsibilities as instructed by the Superior.

Employment Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

At least 1-2 years of working experience in glove manufacturing / chemical related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Ability to work and communicate well with others.

Knowledge in mechanical drawing such as AutoCAD and any engineering software will be an added advantage.

Knowledge in project management/planning will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and capability on heat and mass balance theory and calculation.

Computer knowledge requirement: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD

Willing to travel both local and oversea.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to communicate and work closely with clients of different nationalities.

Working conditions:

Based in Setia Alam office.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Lunch time: 1 hour between 12.00 noon to 2:00 pm.
