Job description

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and implement process improvements and automation to enhance glove production, ensuring quality and output meet customer requirements.

Develop and manage machine maintenance and repair procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability.

Plan and implement down-line schedules and preventive maintenance programs to maximize resource utilization and minimize machine downtime.

Plan and manage the procurement of spare parts and equipment to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.

Manage and monitor factory construction, expansion, equipment installation, and commissioning projects carried out by contractors or company personnel.

Monitor direct and indirect maintenance material costs and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

Restructure and improve Maintenance Department processes to enhance efficiency, employee performance, cost control, and glove quality.

Implement good housekeeping practices and maintain cleanliness throughout the production plant and factory compound.

Work with Production to establish and monitor optimum machine parameters for maximum glove quality and productivity.

Ensure incoming, in-process, and outgoing product quality meets company objectives and applicable ISO 9002 requirements.

Plan manpower requirements, recruitment, and training for the Maintenance Department in accordance with company policies.

Guide, motivate, train, and coach employees to improve performance, teamwork, and morale.

Implement performance appraisal systems to support rewards, recognition, and retraining.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Exercise authority in accordance with relevant work process procedures and instructions.
