Job summary

Global GC Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze and optimize glove dipping processes. You will plan equipment layouts, coordinate with partners to install and commission dipping lines, and perform FAT/SAT as well as IQ/OQ/PQ validations.

The role includes preparing technical reports and visiting client factories to drive successful project implementation. The ideal candidate has a degree in Chemical Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
1–2 years of glove manufacturing/chemical field experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Conduct process analysis and troubleshoot glove dipping lines.
Coordinate with project team to define process requirements and equipment layouts.
Plan, install and commission dipping lines with partners.
Prepare technical reports and conduct site visits to client factories.
Execute FAT, SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ activities and ensure safety with hazardous chemicals.
Support development through data-driven improvement initiatives.
Travel locally and overseas as required.
