Job summary

IME Trading Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled professional to qualify pre-sales and provide post-sales support to prospects and clients.

You will complete assigned projects within deadlines, work with sales to develop the Implementation Support Plan, and deliver effective client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years’ working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably candidates who have knowledge and experience using Solidworks.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify pre-sales and provide post-sales technical support to prospects and clients.
• Complete assigned projects and support tasks within deadlines.
• Be proactive and innovative in providing support and solutions.
• Provide full information to enable sales and marketing teams.
• Work with sales and clients to develop and implement the Implementation Support Plan.
• Develop and run training programs to meet client requirements.
• Initiate proactive activities to add value and improve client experience.
• Ensure resources are well utilized for productivity and returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What you will do:

• To qualify pre-sales and provide post-sales technical support to prospect and client to meet company’s goal.
• To complete the assigned project/support within set deadlines.
• To be proactive and innovative in providing support and solution to deliver good experience to clients and achieve company’s goal.
• To provide full information to equip the sale and marketing personnel with sufficient product knowledge to perform their task.

• To initiate pro-active activities so as to elevate value add to clients and ensure good clients’ experience to improve margins.

• To perform any other duties that the management may assign to you from time to time
