Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Back Office professional to coordinate tender activities with regional offices and local HQ.

You will prepare price calculations, tender documents and work with process design, project management and suppliers to finalize cost estimates. The role requires a chemical engineering degree, 1–3 years in technical sales, fluency in English (Mandarin preferred) and willingness to travel in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in technical sales or back-office sales within oil & gas / chemical process / petrochemical / fine chemical / oleochemical industries.
• Experience in plant operation and DCS control practices will be advantageous.
• Excellent in both oral & written English; Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposal activities with Regional Offices and Local Headquarters.
• Prepare price calculation and tender documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments and suppliers to prepare cost estimates for tenders.
• Ensure that the specifications offered to the customer are within the capability and capacity of the company.
• Ensure that the customers’ requirements are adequately conveyed and properly reflected in proposal.
• Flexible, open to change and new information; adapt to obstacles.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with analytical, planning, evaluation and implementation skills.
