Castlery is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team across APAC, shaping our teams with thoughtful, end-to-end recruitment from intake through to offer.

You will own recruiting for a mix of frontline, operational and corporate roles, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver hires on time while maintaining an excellent candidate experience that reflects Castlery’s culture.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring across frontline, operational and corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing capability using direct outreach, job platforms and referrals.
• Data-driven mindset with recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Able to adapt in a lean, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment across APAC across a diverse portfolio of roles and markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, refine briefs, and build hiring plans.
• Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and job platforms.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting Castlery’s culture and standards.
• Use recruitment data to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-hire and offer acceptance.
• Share market insights and hiring updates to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Contribute to employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects that improve how Castlery hires as we grow.
